Joe Wicks on YouTube is proving very popular at 9am everyday.

 

Oti from Strictly is also doing a live dance class for children every day at 11.30 on facebook live (though they can also be watched at a later date). Mrs Andrews has been joining in with her children and can confirm they are lots of fun!

 

The Daily Mile has recently set up a The Daily Mile at Home so if you go to https://thedailymile.co.uk at home it has lots of super challenges for you all  to do at home. 

 

We have recently been sent an email from our tennis coach who has been teaching short tennis to all the pupils in Key stage 1 this year.

The JW Tennis Academy have a YouTube channel which provides great videos covering coordination, movement, reaction exercises, general fitness, tennis tips and entertainment.  Most of the exercises can be done at home and require little equipment.
